Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

Because Teresa Janzen provides professional services, coaching, and digital products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Coaching and Consulting Services

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No refunds are issued for missed or completed sessions.
If you are unsatisfied with a coaching experience, please contact info@teresajanzen.com to discuss options for resolution.

Speaking Engagements

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if events must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Digital Products and Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable or online materials are non-refundable.
If you experience technical issues accessing content, we will work promptly to resolve the problem.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, resalable condition. Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact info@teresajanzen.com for instructions and the correct return address. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming the status of your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care to ensure that all products are shipped in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@teresajanzen.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the damage occurred during shipping, we may request additional information to assist with the carrier claim.
When approved, replacement products will be shipped at no cost to you, or a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
