Bio
Teresa Janzen, M.Ed., is an international speaker, coach, and award-winning author who helps leaders, teams, and professionals break free from stress and limiting patterns to live bold and lead well. With more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, she brings practical expertise in strategic planning, board development, fundraising, and leadership coaching.
A Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach and Enneagram Coach, Teresa equips individuals and teams with tools for resilience, adaptive leadership, and workplace health. She designs coaching and workshop programs that help organizations strengthen collaboration, build healthier relationships, and navigate seasons of change with confidence.
Teresa is also founder of Abundance Books, an award-winning publishing house, and co-host of the Radical Abundance Podcast. She holds a master’s degree in education, a postgraduate certificate in Bible Exposition, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary with a focus on adaptive leadership.
